This is a 2x10 grouping of Shimano transmission parts we like centred around the Tiagra 10 speed RD-4700 GS rear derailleur.

Tiagra RD-4700 GS 10 speed rear derailleur. Min cog: 11t, Max cog: 34t, total capacity: 39t, Max front difference: 20t, Compatible only with Tiagra 4700 or GRX RX400 shifters.
Tiagra FD-4700 2x front derailleur, Mount: braze-on, Max chainring: 53t, Max capacity: 16t, Chainline: 43.5mm. Compatible only with Tiagra 4700 or GRX RX400 shifters.
Tiagra FC-4700 aluminum crankset, 170mm arm, 50/34t chainrings.
Shimano BB-RS501 threaded type Hollowtech II bottom bracket, Tiagra series, aluminum, for BSA threaded 68/70mm bottom bracket shell, compatible with all road Hollowtech II cranks, for 24mm spindle, 92g.
Tiagra CN-4601 chain, Directional: Specific inside and outside plates, Compatible with Dura-Ace 7900, Ultegra 6700 and 105. Not compatible with Shimano 10 speed MTB transmissions.
Tiagra CS-HG500-10 cassette (11-13-15-17-19-21-23-26-30-34t), hyperglide sprockets, nickel-plated finish offers hard wearing resistance to corrosion, corrosion-resistant steel cassette lockring, for 10-speed road HG chains.
 
Shifters & brake levers are not included. You'll need to either purchase flat or dropbar shifters based on your intended build.
